Back on the Warfarin

Finally got the OK to go back on the Warfarin, so it's daily trips to the BRI hospital to get my blood checked and the finger prick machine actually worked this time. The injections were beginning to take their toll on my stomach and Frank's resolve so I went for the tablets instead. As a woman I'm allowed to change my mind :-) At the moment I am having both but expect the injections to stop in the next 7-10 days, we're both looking forward to that.

I've been to the gym 3 times now and I'm slowly increasing the programe. It's great to see little improvements each time I go and is an incentive to keep aiming at with each visit.
